A federal judge in Boston today ordered the regime to start notifying immigrants it is grabbing who have been in the US for awhile that they have a right to immediately seek release on payment of a bond - and if a Justice Department functionary serving as an "immigration judge" tells them otherwise, they have the right to ask a federal judge to order a bond hearing, as the judge have been doing for months now.

The Boston Licensing Board today gave a chain of food halls that features self-serve "beer walls" permission to buy a liquor license from a defunct Back Bay seafood place to open a food hall at 1 Post Office Square.

Blue Line riders at the end of their wits, because signals are again on the fritz

Red Line riders have dying trains. Blue Line riders have trains that are fine, but they still get delayed because the signals aren't. At 6:38 a.m., the MBTA announced delays of up to ten minutes due to signal problems, this time between Orient Heights and Suffolk Downs. The T declared the signals fit as a fiddle at 9:19.
