Boston Police report arresting a Brockton man with past child-porn convictions on charges he used camera-enabled glasses to photograph children at the Frog Pond - including some getting changed behind towels held by their parents, whom he followed when they spotted him and tried to get away from him.
Update: Bail set at $250,000.
