Judge frees imprisoned Chelsea immigrant because a man might have reasons to be terrified of ICE agents screaming somebody else's name at him

A Boston federal judge last week ordered ICE to immediately release a Chelsea construction worker who had been locked up since May 15, after concluding that the way ICE grabbed him out of a car they had stopped while looking for somebody else, plus the fact that he has lived here with no problems for six years, meant he should have been released long ago.

The work week did not start well for Red Line commuters: At 7:32 a.m., the MBTA reported delays due to signal problems between Park and Kendall/MIT, delays that the T first said were 15 minutes but later grew to 25 minutes. The T declared the problem solved at 9:06 a.m.
