A Boston federal judge ruled tonight that the issue of whether the regime can decide who gets to vote by mail is now "ripe" for a decision and her decision is that the Constitution alone is reason enough to bar the regime from trying to control of mail-in voting - specifically a regime edict to bar mail-in voting in states that do not give the Postal Service voter rolls.
