A federal judge in Boston today ordered the increasingly misnamed Department of Health and Human Services to quit screwing around with vaccine schedules and do what Congress requires and let a body of actual experts have a say in recommending life-saving vaccinations, at least as long as he presides over a lawsuit brought last year by public-health and medical groups aghast at vaccine denialism promoted as official government policy.
