A federal judge today dismissed a lawsuit by a chain of anti-abortion clinics against a Massachusetts state ad campaign warning people against such facilities.

A Brookline developer will soon file plans for a six-story, 58-unit residential building at 1200 Soldiers Field Rd., to replace an empty office building that was once slated to be torn down for the new home of WBZ-TV, which in turn planned to move from its longtime home next door to make way for a four-building, mainly life-sciences campus, only the market for new life-sciences lab space in the Boston area collapsed and the developers abandoned their plans in 2024.

Two tenants of the Hub on Causeway, the complex above North Station, today sued the companies that designed and installed the complex's rain-drainage systems because of two interior floods they charge were caused by poor design and installation -  and a botched repair job after the first flood.
