A federal judge today dismissed another suit by a group of parents who alleged the way students are chosen for acceptance to Boston's three exam schools is biased against White and Asian-American students.

The federal Department of "Health" and Human Services said today it's launching a civil-rights investigation of 13 states, including Massachusetts, that require insurers to cover abortions, which are a medical procedure that even the Trumpreme Court has said states can regulate.
