This eventually increased to 25 minutes while, the T reported, "personnel work to remove a disabled train from service at Ruggles." At 3:05, the T reported personnel had removed the disabled train, but, alas, we were left hanging as to how.

A Wellesley-based investment concern that says it loaned several million dollars to developer Andrew Collins to support his South Boston real-estate projects and then never got repaid yesterday sued Collins, his cousin and a greater-New York real-estate investment firm, charging they pulled some shenanigans to avoid paying him anything after Collins agreed six months ago to pay it at least $6 million to settle the first suit the investor filed.
