Niranjan Khanal, originally from Nepal, and Rosa Lidia Cante Mijangos, originally from Guatemala, both face potential violent attacks should they return to their homelands. But in decisions released today, federal appeals-court judges said Khanal (and his wife) can stay, at least for now, while the regime can ship Cante Mijangos back to Guatemala as soon as it can.

A peeved resident files a 311 complaint about a BMW with Virginia plates parked on Boylston Street where it meets Park Drive in the Fenway and alerts us to the news that not only is that weird little bit of Boylston under state jurisdiction, but DCR has parking tickets and it knows how to use them - although the kvetcher says all those warnings and tickets means it's past time to tow the car away.
